I’m so glad that I chose Beauty Journal to do my ombré brows. During my first session, she made sure that she perfected the shape of my brows and that it was to my liking before she went in with the needle. My brows were numbed so I didn’t feel a thing! They came out so perfect and healed very well. I’d definitely recommend coming here.

Firstly the customer service was great... and with that being said I was super excited about getting my eyebrows done, so excited that I was early for my appointment, and without a doubt it was worth the long drive and a trip to Jamaica. Beauty Journal Spacare's customer service was exceptional. I was greeted warmly by the manager of the spa, Monique, and asked promptly if I needed any refreshments. Cedrica is a powerful massage therapist and her deep tissue massage was the best I have experienced. The pressure she applied to my neck and back took away the knots and stress from traveling. Cedrica was professional and me feel comfortable and explained her methods to me. I can't wait until the next time I visit to enjoy other services the spa has to offer. I recommend to anyone traveling to Kingston to make an appointment here! You won't be disappointed.

I went to get brows done but was recommended to do a deep pores facial,also the team was very professional and friendly.Miss Baker was very knowledgeable about products and services offer.Big up to Jerome he did my facial and to my surprise the extraction was painlessAnd with that said I already book my second oppointment with him BIG UP JEROME see you soon.

I still get a lot of questions about what lipgloss I wear.. 99% of the time it’s a clear gloss. I actually got “permanent lipstick” done more popular known as “Lip Blush” 3 years ago by Kadeem at @beautyjournalspacare the best hands down! My experience was amazing! Thanks to the team at Beauty Journal Spacare, I'll never be using nair again. Kadi is AMAZING!!!!! It was my first time doing a brazilian wax and she made the process so easy... I called my friends during the process and we were all having a big conversation!They are very professional and they also engage with you. I felt so comfortable. Now I look forward to my appointments!

I have had the best spa experience here. The staff is friendly and professional. My appointments are on time and it is easy to make contact with them through their WhatsApp business account. I highly recommend their spa services.

I booked a deep pore facial, brow and chin wax. My spa therapist was Jerome. He made me feel so comfortable and he was delicate. The ambiance was relaxing. I enjoyed my time there. Definitely will be back

Been going to them for years and their customer care is top tier! They even call to check in and see how your doing from time to time? ?. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean & relaxing environment.I especially reccomend Shari-Kay for waxing. She's very detailed, gentle and gets the job done well. Her warm personality definitely makes the waxing experience alot more bearable? Always a pleasure going to Beauty Journal Spa ! ?

I loved my experience here on both occasions. I did a chemical peel because I was breaking out and had some horrible dark spots. After one treatment I saw very noticeable results! The service is great and the environment is very relaxing.

Arrived at my appointment apprehensive and not sure what to expect. Hats off to Ms Baker who was very informative and who made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. I can now say I have flawless eyebrows, they were perfect and honestly speaking I wasn't expecting them to look this damn good. Big up again to the staff.

The customer service is great. All the staff were pleasant and they really accommodated my friends and myself for a birthday celebration. The Swedish massage was just heavenly. Will most definitely be coming back!

I've been to alot of spas in Jamaica but there is always something missing (either the massage is good but the body scrub is too harsh)but whenever I visit this spa in particular the experience is always memorable. The Customer Service is perfect and the Services are very modern..trust me ! it's top of the line..Keep up the good work ?

Impressive! Comfortable/Clean/Contemporary feel. My first steam-facial and Shari-Kay made it a wonderful experience. Face has felt amazing ever since. She was consistent in asking if temperature was ok (with towels and steam) and very thorough in the entire process. Great service while being relaxing too. The cleaners and lotions were light and not irritating at all. Highly recommended.

Got my microblading done @ Beauty Journal a few days ago - best decision ever as I had no brows . Start to finish, service was above duty's call.
